Hot pressing is a simple and common processing method in the plastic industry. The principle is to clamp the pre-cut sheet or plate material between the frames of the forming machine, heat it to a suitable temperature in the high elastic state to soften it, and then extend it while heating. Then, by applying pressure, it is made to closely adhere to the mold surface and obtain a shape similar to the mold surface. After cooling and shaping, and trimming and finishing, the plastic product is obtained.
