PET Laminated Board
Product Overview
PET Laminated Board consists of an engineered wood core (MDF or HDF) bonded with a high-performance polyethylene terephthalate (PET) decorative foil using German PUR hot-melt lamination systems. This structure provides a durable, uniform surface for frameless cabinet doors, architectural millwork, and commercial casework. Available in high-gloss and ultra-matte finishes, the surface layer resists UV yellowing, chemical cleaning agents, and daily mechanical wear.

Key Features
PUR Bond Integrity:
Cross-linked adhesive layer resists delamination up to 100°C and high relative humidity.
Anti-Fingerprint Surface:
Electron-beam cured topcoats disperse skin oils on matte variants, reducing smudge visibility.
Batch Color Consistency:
Inline spectrophotometer monitoring maintains Delta E < 0.8 across production runs.
CNC Machinability:
Fine-fiber core composition allows clean routing, drilling, and profiling without edge chipping.
Applications
Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinetry:
Vertical door panels, drawer fronts, and open shelving units.
Commercial Casework:
Retail display fixtures, office reception desks, and hospitality wall paneling.
Architectural Millwork:
Built-in wardrobes, sliding door inserts, and interior decorative partitions.

Surface & Finish Options
High Gloss Series:
Mirror-like reflection with high surface hardness, formulated to eliminate orange-peel optical distortion.
Super Matte Series:
Low-light absorption surface with a tactile soft touch and micro-scratch self-healing properties under thermal treatment.
Balanced Double-Sided Lamination:
Face and back bonded with matching PET foil or balancing sheets to neutralize internal stress and maintain strict flatness control (<= 1.5 mm/m).
OEM & ODM Customization
Dimension Cutting:
Precision CNC sizing services to specified project cut-lists to minimize on-site waste.
01
Edge Banding Integration:
Matching ABS, PP, or laser edge banding supplied in rolls or pre-banded panels.
02
Color Matching:
Solid colors and metallic tones developed from physical color chips, RAL, or Pantone references.
03
Core Substitution:
Custom pressing on fire-retardant or water-resistant green MDF cores per structural specifications.
04
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Incoming Board Inspection:
Automated thickness sorting, moisture content testing (6% - 10%), and surface sanding checks prior to lamination.
Cleanroom Lamination:
Foil application executed in a dust-controlled environment utilizing electrostatic particle removal rollers.
Curing Process:
Panels undergo a controlled 48-hour temperature-stabilized curing phase to ensure complete cross-linking of the PUR adhesive.
Batch Testing:
Random sampling subjected to 72-hour boiling water immersion tests, cross-hatch adhesion tape tests, and abrasion resistance evaluations validated by SGS/Intertek protocols.

Export Palletization: Heavy-duty fumigated wooden pallets or plywood crates lined with waterproof PE wrapping and edge protection guards.
Interleaving Protection: EPE foam sheets or high-density protective film applied between individual panels to prevent transit abrasion.
Container Loading: Structural loading optimized for 20GP/40HQ containers. Standard 18 mm panels (1220 x 2440 mm) load approximately 400 - 420 sheets per 20GP container (approx. 21 - 23 metric tons), secured with industrial strapping and dunnage bags.
After-Sales Support
Technical Documentation:
Complete provision of Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and third-party test reports (SGS/Intertek) upon order confirmation.
Batch Traceability:
Each pallet bears a distinct barcode linked to production logs, shift records, and raw material lot numbers.
Claim Resolution:
Technical investigation reports issued within 3 working days upon receipt of photographic evidence and batch codes for non-conforming items.
