Matte HPL Laminated PVC Foam Board integrates an extruded closed-cell PVC foam core with a high-pressure laminate (HPL) surface. Laminated via moisture-reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot-melt adhesive at 80-100 g/m2 (0.4-0.6 MPa roller pressure, 110 Deg C), the bond withstands moisture separation.
The electron-beam cured matte top layer achieves 3-8 deg gloss, resists micro-scratches, and hides fingerprints. The rigid substrate accepts direct mechanical fasteners without edge degradation.

Key Features
Moisture Resistance: Closed-cell structure absorbs under 0.5 percent water, preventing core rot and edge swell.
Surface Durability: Abrasion resistance exceeds 400 Taber cycles; anti-fingerprint layer repels sebum oils.
Screw Retention: High-density core holds Euro screws and confirmat fasteners without stripping.
Chemical Inertness: Withstands hospital disinfectants, bleach, and industrial solvents.
Applications
Healthcare Cabinetry: Nurse stations, lab casework, and pharmacy shelving requiring chemical resistance and hygienic maintenance.
Commercial Wall Panels: Elevator interiors, wainscoting, and office partitions requiring impact resistance and low-glare aesthetics.
Retail Displays: Point-of-purchase kiosks and showroom fixtures demanding visual consistency and durable edges.
Marine Interiors: Bulkhead panels and cabin furniture prioritizing weight reduction and humidity defense.
Surface & Finish Options
Solid Colors: White, charcoal grey, industrial black, and custom RAL matches.
Woodgrains: Synchronized pore textures (oak, walnut, ash, teak) without grain direction limits.
Abstract & Metallic: Brushed aluminum and concrete patinas.
Anti-Fingerprint (AFP) Coating: Nanoscale thermal-cured acrylic that heals micro-scratches under low thermal application.
OEM & ODM Customization
Density Tuning: Adjustable from 0.50 g/cm3 (ceiling inserts) to 0.75 g/cm3 (structural doors).
Dual-Sided Lamination: Balanced with a matching HPL face or a phenolic backer to prevent thermal bow.
CNC Machining: Pre-drilled hinge pockets, tongue-and-groove profiling, and radius routing via 5-axis centers.
Protective Masking: Laser-etched low-tack PE film applied post-lamination.
Quality Control
Peel Strength: Minimum 70 N/25mm adhesive bond threshold per ASTM D903.
Caliper Control: Inline ultrasonic sensors maintain +/- 0.15 mm thickness tolerance.
Boil Testing: 2-hour boiling water immersion samples checked for edge delamination.
Gloss Monitoring: Spectro-colorimeter verification maintains +/- 1.5 gloss units across lots.
Packaging & Export
Palletization: Fumigation-free solid wood pallets with corrugated edge guards and top protection boards.
Interleaving: Non-abrasive microfoam sheeting between panels.
Container Loading:
20ft GP: 380 - 420 sheets (18mm thickness).
40ft HQ: 850 - 920 sheets.
